You may have read our fawning preview article, expounding the merits of all things Beatherder, not a few weeks ago, however… since then, they really have stepped up the game! With Groove Armada added to the top end of the bill along side Roni Size and a DJ set from the one and only Dub Pistols, baring in mind they have already announced Booka Shade and Jimmy Cliff, this year looks to have one of their best over-all line-ups to date.

The smaller fonts are also looking just as tasty with today’s announcements also including, arguably the UK’s best Ska-core band Random Hand, who tear the stage to pieces every time, Bristol based, seven piece, live dance band, the incredible Dub Mafia and comedy/political folk songster, Clayton Blizzard who I challenge you not to fall in love with, just a little if you catch him live.

Basically, as we said before, there is no valid excuse not to get down to this festival and with the new coach company designed specifically for party people, Woofbus, offering great value return transport from Manchester, Leeds and Preston, even getting there will be an experience. Be there or be slightly oblong!
